Renee Lussier

Landscape Architect
MLArch, BCSLA, CSLA

As a Landscape Architect with O2, Renée is involved with all aspects of the design process – proposal development, stakeholder and client meeting, public engagement process, project management, concept and detailed design development, construction documents, tender and contract administration. Her interests lie in creating connections between landscape architecture and sustainable, liveable communities. She brings an in-depth knowledge of project development at various scales and an artistic approach to place-making. Renée sees each project and site as unique, but looks to context and the surrounding landscape fabric to help inform and drive the design forward.

Renée holds a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Manitoba and has practiced as a Landscape Architect in Manitoba, with projects specifically in Winnipeg and in British Columbia, with award-winning projects in Nanaimo. She joins O2 in Calgary as a registered member with the British Columbia Society of Landscape Architects and as past panelist with the Urban Design Advisory Committee in Winnipeg and the Design Advisory Panel in Nanaimo, Vancouver Island. Her experience within the profession ranges from project initiation to technical drawings and project implementation. Renée is committed to bringing contemporary, high quality, and sustainable landscapes to clients in Calgary and abroad.
