Jennie Thompson is O2’s Office Manager and has been employed by the firm since 2008. She is responsible for the supervision of the firm's daily operations, including finance, logistics, data management, and proposal development.
Jennie works across all solution areas to provide project administration, reporting, coordination, and support. She identifies areas of need and implements changes that enhance O2's day-to-day internal operations and support the firm's long-range goals. Jennie’s strengths include organizational acuity, prompt acquisition of new information, invaluable interpersonal skills, and a high degree of professionalism.
Jennie’s past operational experience includes newsletter publishing, website development, human resource management, and marketing. Jennie worked internationally with Disneyland and Disney Cruise Lines where she received an Award of Excellence for outstanding customer service.
Jennie holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with Distinction from the University of Toronto in Criminology and Psychology.
