O2 Planning + Design is working with Trico Communities to propose a land use amendment to redesignate the parcel located at 7711 Macleod Trail in the community of Kingsland. The site is currently occupied by The Market on Macleod Farmer’s Market. The proposed land use will permit the development of a mixed use community that meets many of the City of Calgary’s objectives related to intensifying inner-city neighbourhoods.

Unique to this project is the opportunity to shift the existing public park into a location that improves its orientation, community connectivity, and design, while working collaboratively with the Kingsland Community and the City of Calgary Parks department.
